Since its inception in 2009, OCS has transitioned from a specialized catering entity into a multifaceted regional leader in business and institutional services. Operating primarily through its subsidiaries Ansamble and Proxirest, the group has established an authoritative presence in the collective catering space. More recently, OCS navigated a successful strategic diversification into the Facility Management arena via Artis in Morocco and Alizés in Senegal. With an annual turnover now exceeding one billion dirhams and a robust workforce of 6,000 employees deployed across more than 220 sites, OCS represents a mature, well-structured enterprise.
